How do you ship? When will
I receive my order?
Beatnik Bags prides itself on
fast, reliable delivery. We ship most orders within 2-4 business days using UPS or
U.S. Postal Service. Backorders or special orders may take up to 8 weeks for production
and delivery and will be quoted at time of order.
Help, my bag needs repair!
Do the bags have a warranty?
We create each bag with the
highest quality materials and to the strictest standards. If you experience a problem
with your bag, please let us know. We will repair your bag within one year of purchase.

Can you replace it?
If you receive an item that
is defective or damaged, please contact us within 5 business days of receiving the
order and we will work to correct the problem. Beatnik Bags reserves the right to

Does Beatnik Bags offer a
catalog?
We do not offer a catalog at
this time. All of our products can be viewed on our web site. As our bags are produced
in small quantities, we have found the web site to be the most effective way of enduring
that the latest styles are viewable in timely manner.
